• Created a light-weight revenue proration engine to process the airline's revenue data within 20 minutes, replacing a cumbersome legacy system that used to take 2-3 days.
• Created a game-changing mobile app which transformed cabin crew operations by enabling real-time incident reporting, hazard syncing, instant access to manuals, and ultimately enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.
• Designed and developed database-intensive web apps, enhancing business processes, boosting efficiency, and elevating employee satisfaction.
